Normally I would say fucking Canadians, but the bullshit Hoas we have in this country are just as ignorant. What asshole would complain to the city about this?

This fall the city plans to make it illegal to grow vegetables on front lawns anywhere in the city.

The city held public consultations on the new rule and it said no one objected.

What is the objection to a vegetable garden in the front yard???

Some people plant petunias, they plant tomatoes...
Some people plant roses, they plant okra...

I think a well carried for vegetable garden is a beautiful sight...

They pick the vegetables and eat them, people who raise flowers cut them and use them as decoration in their homes. Would corn be acceptable since corn is sometimes used to create decorations in a home???  What about sun flowers, seeds are editable, is a flower, and is dried to use a a decoration in the house???

With all the problems the world has to offer for the city counsel to worry about this has to take the cake.

I know!!! The city needs to come up with a very specific list of  plants that people are allowed to grow in their front yard. Then a new group of city inspectors needs to be hired to go from door to door inspecting front yards to insure there are no forbidden plants being grown in peoples front yards. A swat team needs to accompany each inspector so if a violation is found they can fire a few rounds of tear gas into the homes and swat team can kick in the front door of the residence and bringing the evil criminals to justice, for the sake of the children!!!
