It would be a 10 if he walked out to bust one of the "pedophiles" on his show and the guy goes, "hey, I know you.  I'd like to ask YOU a few questions." 

Not sure what he saw in her....she's just as ugly as his wife.  Must of had a great personality.

NBC News doesn't seem much concerned with an irony-clad scandal that appears to be enveloping one of its "Dateline NBC" correspondents.

The network personality in question is Chris Hansen, best known for entrapping pedophiles on the erstwhile MSNBC reality series "To Catch a Predator."

Now, after shaming many an alleged pervert in hidden-camera sting operations, Hansen has allegedly been caught on video cheating on his wife.

Reached for comment, an NBC News spokeswoman said: "We don't comment on National Enquirer stories."

I didn't read the comments, but truly unbelievable

Man I know some reporters/politicians are total scumbags, but I thought this guy had a little understanding of his flaws

Chris, did you take a condom or even alcohol for the meeting, hell is this the 1st time??? Did the chick know you're a hyprocritical box??? I know you didn't intend to fuck her, just shit got out of hand and you slipped on a banana peel

This is 1 story I will have to follow up, since I watched the dude act like a pope (ya a joke all the way around) but I'm a sucker for hyprocrites....Maybe Mark Souder will teach you the value of marriage

I'd like to hear the explanation....Not like an adult affair is illegal, but just shows these douches who act holier than thou, probably are more worthless than those of us who couldn't care about holiness...

Some of the vehement reactions in this thread are disturbing. 

The man set up and coordinated stings, with the help of NBC, to catch full-blown pedophiles. There is no denying this.

If he did not do so, those same men would have preyed upon other children. When those men walked into the front door of other houses, no camera crew would jump out with Hansen. No police unit would arrest the suspects as they attempted to make a getaway. That show was for ratings but served an ultimate good nonetheless.

Now he was caught cheating with a younger woman. How else would you get caught other than through an eyewitness, camera or video? It's not an unusual method, nor are his philandering ways according to surveys of married men in the US. Should he suffer consequences from his wife and employer? Yes.

But let's get off the high horse here. The same guys who are LOLing in here were some of the ones who said no BJ's were a deal-breaker when it came to dating(objectifying women sexually and dually degrading them). Although it's not cheating, I wouldn't expect those very same people to be husbands or even fathers of the year when the time for marriage comes (if ever). Dating basically grooms you for marriage for all intents and purposes. And if you believe it is solely to 'sow your oats' before you settle down, you are in worse shape than you think for a future relationship of any meaning. 

Again, the angrier reactions make me believe there is whole slew of pedophiles on covers taking a great deal of glee in a career that is most likely finished; specifically one that caught pedophiles.

If only the scumbag show "Cheaters" had this on video. If it is the first time he did this he is the worlds un luckiest man. Looks like he is caught between a dog and a fire hydrant.
