Drug testing

Most employers will probably find that employees with alcohol abuse problems cost them more than those who smoke weed.Hard drugs are definitely taboo and you don't want crack or meth addicts working for you.As long as you don't come to work stoned those who smoke shouldn't be failed on a drug test

Just get some synthetic urine... I know plenty of people here in DC with federal jobs that swear by it.

Spitfire:  remember that the secondhand smoke will make you test positive so don't be hanging with your friends that are smoking in a closed room.  It would be bad to lose your job and not even get a toke.  Also, beware that synthetic urine.  On your urine drug screen they test your urine for temperature, sugar, acetone as well as drugs. I doubt that the synthetic will cover all that.  Good luck on your job.

Synthetic urine works like a dream. How do randoms work anyway? Do they tell you like let's go you need to piss in this cup, or do they like give you a day or 2?

Ab, second hand smoke I'll be taking the test in the very near future and smoking tonight.  I can clear my system in 3 days, 5 is just a bonus.  And with tonight being the last night, I will get 6-7 days.  I'll let you know how it goes.

Because of Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution that guarantees "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures". Many federal and state courts in the US have decided that drug testing is unconstitutional. From this point of view using synthetic urine in drug test is protection of your privacy, guaranteed by Constitution. In most states you can buy synthetic urine and use it legally. As of 2010 synthetic urine is only prohibited in AR, IL, KY, OK, NJ, NC and SC.

As with the concerns if it works and is effective.  It does, but if the lab wants to, they can test for genetic structure of your piss (which is very expensive) to see if you used a synthetic substance or adulterated the sample in any way.  Synthetic piss has will test exactly like healthy normal piss unless an more elaborate and expensive testing method is used.  It has the similar creatine and vitamin/nutrient complex levels as real urine, and because you wear it on your inner-thigh (or microwave it before going to the test and wearing on your waist or thigh) it will stay 92 degrees plus which is needed for it to be a successful test.  

As long as you follow the directions exactly on the box, it has a 100% success rate on all standard drug tests.
