All I have on that is to make sure she’s the one, and don’t ever put up with anyone trying to force the issue. There’s no need to rush. I mean, if you’re together, what’s it matter? What’s the rush? It’s pointless.
Take your time. Get to know each other inside and out. I dated her for 9 years before we got engaged. I’m not saying to wait 9 years, but I would argue that the minimum should be 2 years, and that’s if you’re spending A LOT of time every week getting to know each other. Ask each other questions about living together. What bothers you? What is your weakness? Is it cleaning? Is it dusting? Is it organization? Is it fixing things (I don’t know how to repair anything).
I certainly am not a marriage expert but I feel like we’re doing something right. We’re going on 26 years so at least we have that.
Good luck! ![]()

No natural way. I have had it for 20 years. Mine was caused by sleep apnea and instead of using the CPAC machine for it, i let it damage the left atrium which cause the afib. I tell people now, if you snore make sure you get checked for sleep apnea because if you let it go, you will end up with afib.
Just make sure minerals like you have your magnesium levels are checked, take a beta blocker and a blood thinner(like eliquis so you dont need to be checked all the time and can eat all the good green vegetables that have vitamin k, which will be affected by a blood thinner like coumidin)
You can get the watchman implant, that you see on tv. But the gold standard is ablation and they have some really new advanced ablation systems now and also they have new 3d mapping systems that can pin point the exact spots causing the electrical problems with your heart.
I wish i didnt wait to use my cpap machine for so long, wouldnt have ended up with afib. Didnt listen to my heart doctor. Its funny now i cant sleep without my mask on and i use a full face mask, doesnt bother me 1 bit. As a former firefighter, i was already used to wearing a mask alot and dont know why i didnt want to use the cpap machine.![]()

Some with afib can be shocked back into rhythm but its rare and most will end up back in afib.
It sucks having afib but you just deal with what life gives you. Maybe one of these days (am 63) i will get an ablation and cure my afib. Iam hoping for the medical treatments that they used on star trek to cure everybody lolllll
