When the Bears went to the Superbowl in 05 was there quarterback great?...because they were winning that year.

I didn't say that all winning teams have great QBs. I said great QBs win. Those are two different arguments.

Tebow has been a winner his whole life. That doesn’t mean I think he will be a great NFL QB.

People who encounter "tebowing" tend to be less than medicore for the first 55 minutes of a football game.

Ehh, wasn't a Tebow fan in college but not a hater of him in the NFL. Maybe cause he won't amount to much in the NFL. Time will tell.

So if Tebow does end up being a bust, you know he'll say, "God has a plan,".....which makes me wonder why he put his faith in God to help make him a successful NFL quarterback.

Does this logically make sense to anyone?

His religous beliefs are none of my business. But if he PUBLICLY says that he is going to be a successful QB because of God (at least to a large degree), then I can certainly comment on it. HE is the one who makes his religion that public. What do you care if I have an opinion on it?

And what I was pondering was how he will address God and his faith if he turns out to be a complete failure as an NFL QB.

Like I said, his BELIEFS are none of my business. But I will find it interesting how he will rationalize things if he isn't successful.

Of course you can have your opinion. Just like I can have my opinion that you caring so much what a stranger believes in makes you seem intolerant and petty.
