The robber put a gun to Dasher&#x27;s head.  Dasher killed him.  Justice served.

The robbers made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, running east toward Johnny Mercer Boulevard. Police say Dasher went for his handgun, shooting Clark in the head in Blue Fin Circle, a commercial drive that runs off U.S. 80 to the Wendy’s.

Dasher told police Clark pointed a pistol at him just before he shot him.

IF this last statement is true, then it's a good shoot. If he chased him out into the alley and shot him in the back of the head, he is in trouble.

And the only other eyewitness is a robber so he won't be credible either. Only thing they can do is some forensics to see if this guy's story makes sense.

maybe if he iced him in the store while he was being threatened it would be justified, but he chased the guy down and shot him. now he might face jail time.

Even if Dasher ran after him with his gun, if Clark turned around and pointed it at Dasher, it's a good shoot. As for me, I'd have locked the door ran in the back room and called the cops. That stupid robber wouldn't be worth risking my life. So what if Dasher felt differently. It's his life. Why should you care?

No sense assuming anything until after the investigation.

And you can bet thugs will think twice about robbing establishments in that neighborhood.

true story. i was working in liquor store in lakewood,ca. got robbed.he got away.there was another owner liquore store down the street was in paper how twice he was robbed &amp;  he shot the robbers one case guy died other wounded him. few months later guy came in shot him to death in robbery. alot people think him saying nobody going to rob me &amp; get away with it led to his death. had friend out high school in fountainvalley worked at 7-11,got robbed &amp; killed. was 2 brother s from out state visting there mom all drugged out. they caught them male nurse from hospital got license plate #. if you havent been robbed like me or knew of anyfriends or family have . dont be bleeding heart. one less scumbag on the street. streeet justice,save taxpayers $$.

So would I.  And if the robber turned and left, I&#x27;d run the other way.  Dasher chose different (it&#x27;s his life, it&#x27;s his right).  And if he did follow him and the robber turned around and pointed a gun at Dasher, he has a right to defend himself.  If it turns out forensics show that Dasher&#x27;s story is B.S. and he indeed shot him from behind as the robber was running away, he will likely go to jail.But once again, IF Dasher&#x27;s story is legit, you can certainly still say you think it was a dumb move.  But it wouldn&#x27;t be an illegal move.

Hey guys I will keep you posted on this story as I hear more.  US Marshalls captured the 2nd robber that got away yesterday.  I also plan on finding out if Dasher is gonna be charged or sued.

maybe dasher should of called 911 on his cell phone while chasing and asked the operator if he could shoot him,,, Ala the hot Oklahoma mom who waxed the intruder of her house with a shotgun
