For now on I think every sports team should be split 3 ways. Whites, Blacks, and those from outside the US. Since all are equal there is no other way to do it.

To all those who think I'm an anti-Semite - think again. I have nothing against person or any people. I'm simply against the ongoing preferential treatment of a people (any people) that endured tremendous hardships or devastation. I feel for them and their struggle. However, once it's over (decades/centuries) - then it's time to move forward.

As though 5 black men in position of power or 50 for that matter, in the NFL erase the disproportionate representation of the said blacks in the QB position, upper management, middle management, training staff...the list goes on and on...

That is ridiculous. Decades are quite different than centuries and if a problem has not be tended to by the government or society collectively, it will remain exactly that...a problem.
In the meantime, people blame blacks and hispanics for their destitute condition when that condition can be traced DIRECTLY back to the decades, even centuries that preceded the modern day for the source of the problem.

I have seen a lot of shitty white quarterbacks come and go, but I have never seen one throw his shoulder pads into the crowd on his way to the locker room. This isn't the first time that Vince Young has had personal issues come out on the field.
He has some Demons that he needs to deal with, and they are not white.
Donovan's better years are behind him and playing on a terrible team that lacks talent isn't a good way for an aging Quarterback to go out. He was always one of my favorite QBs to play the game. I as well as everyone else knew that going to the Redskins was the wrong move.

But that doesn't matter to Scalabrine. A free ride is a free ride forever. Performance has nothing to do with it. Once the black man is given something then don't you dare take it away from him. Even if his performance is well below average.

What it showed was that Andy Reid is very astute judge of football talent. He saw the writing on the wall with McNabb after watching him fall short for years and knew that McNabb at QB did NOT represent the Eagles best chance of winning.
Andy desperatly tried to reduce the number of black QBs in the NFL but lo and behold, that pesky Michael Vick ended up balancing it out. All's well that ends well. Right Scab?
