How about the 98% of black people that voted for Obama I think that, that is a whole group of racists
 
only 2% voted for the white guy?
 
I am white and did vote Mccain, and i'm sure you could find many other white people who voted the same way.  If you polled everyone who isn't black on covers i bet it would go about 50/50
 
but if you polled everyone who is black on here or anywhere 98% voted Obama  
DON'T TELL ME THAT 98% OF BLACK PEOPLE AGREE WITH OBAMAS VIEWS OR EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE

Let the man do the job that he's been elected to do, and don't show concern to skin color.  It's relevant and irrelevant at the same time -
 
First person of color (mixed or not) to hold the US presidency (relevant and pretty amazing)
 
Fixing this mess that were in (irrelevant in concern to what his ethnic background is)

.Here's what bothers me...and I'm far from a racist. If Obama fell down - I'd lift him up, if Obama ran out of gas at the gas station and had no money - I'd give him $20, if Obama cut me off - I'd give him the finger, just like I would everyone else.

What bothers me as I drove around through NH, southern Me, and northern Ma this afternoon - I didn't see any flags. I might be missing something but the NAME ON THE FRONT OF THE UNIFORM MEANS A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN THE NAME ON THE BACK.

People need to graduate from the 60's because there are a lot of people in the US of varying ancestry that succeeded and have led a good life. Its time to move on and even though I didn't vote for Obama, or McCain, I hope he succeeds.

and IF he would have tried to drink from a "white" water fountain or used a "white" restroom in the segregated south, he would have been arrested or worse. IF he would have tried to eat at a "white" restaurant or stay at a "white" hotel, he would have been refused service. the fact that he's of mixed blood would have made him "colored" during those days in southern society

Last year when I was in the South there were all kinds of people eating where I was. Its time we as the USA graduated from the 60's.

It is shocking that Mr. We must conserve money and share with others had a $140 million dollar inauguration 100 million of it in tax payer dollars.  In the economic crisis that seems like the perfect thing to do.

Could be wrong but I think I heard my local newswoman say that a large portion of that was covered by the donors sitting in the premium seats today.
