    Drumroll please....

    Race...

I guess this wasn't about race either.

I guess this was just an 'isolated incident'.

I guess this isn't what progressive minded people and blacks are protesting for, in part, when they march for justice in conjunction with the police brutality and murder of unarmed black males, of which recently there has been a slew of (the overwhelming majority are completely peaceful while Fox and Co. and the lemmings here will go BONKERS about any and every act of vandalism which of course will always occur. Just look at any college town after a national championship game. No let's focus on the .1% while the rest of the individuals exercise their constitutional rights which every member of this forum shi*s and/or derides. Which is of course why I call them racists in part.)

Anyhow, I'll stop wasting my time with you bigoted idiots and just post the video.

I'll make it real simple for what is the simple-minded.

Carrier #1 - Oregon. Open carry laws in that state allow it.

Carrier #2 - Nevada. Open carry laws in that state allow it.

Just one example but it is all on video and we all know what will happen before we even...

    ROLL TAPE!

Somehow the posters here will stutter and stammer like good 'ol Ralph Kramden in the Honeymooners when Alice finds him eating her chicken pot pie before dinner is served looking for some justification for what happened here.

Save it. We've heard it all.

Don't even bother responding. You're all broken record and your responses have become tiresome. I have better things to do than to respond to any of you.

No. You've just said the same things for the past 5 years.

It gets really old ya know?

Go educate yourself (not like you'd even know where to start on this issue) and get back to me.

    2) How many blacks have been killed or beaten by those cops.....

Yeah, no racism there. Just disregard the three white bicycle cops who ya know, took him into custody and started it all....for glancing in their direction (yes, that was the initial 'offense' before he ran...as I would have). And thank god he did run because he almost escaped with his life. It was worth the attempt. Unfortunately they caught him, severed his spine and now he is dead.

And why does it have to be JUST racism. Can blacks protest against police brutality, something they've suffered to a BILLION more degrees than you in 10,000 lifetimes, be it black cop or white cop?

    No, they can't.

Because to bigoted scum like yourself (and you are among the worst joepa with homage to man of very questionable character, and that is being kind) disregard anything and everything a black person says be it legitimate or otherwise.

So get lost and keep bumping threads that haven't even lost yet making even more of a fool of yourself than you already have. Go back to Penn State and try to learn something.

Notice how not a single person comments on the conduct in the video with a  black and white confrontation with police. NOT ONE.

Why? They don't have a defense. To admit to the legitimacy of the video is to give credence to black protest, something they will NEVER DO...

    well because they are bigots...

    Today

    Tomorrow

    Forever.

    They are only here to

    Defame

    Degrade

    Dehumanize

Blacks and black males most prominently.

Because they are pig racists and have no self-worth. This is their psychological profile.

It's a true disgrace and you will be called to the carpet for it. And yeah, calling out you're bigotry sure gets old Mugg. It sure does.

Well, in your own words you said "Don't even bother responding. You're all broken record and your responses have become tiresome. I have better things to do than to respond to any of you."

So now you finally get what you want (us 'bigots' listening to you and doing what you say), and YOU STILL COMPLAIN.

Yes.. This is always  ALWAYS the right play to run from cops. Please tell us again how Duke should move on from coach K if they lost in the tourney this year. Maybe its time for the Spurs to fire Pop for losing in the first round? The laughing stock of covers--Scalabrine

Got what I wanted??? What thread are you reading? You said that in post #14.

There are responses here aren't there?

So them I'm addressing what exactly what those responses are.

And it is clear that none of you pig bigots (you can leave off the quotes because 99.9% of the black community would agree with that title...well who cares about that? anything and everything a black person says isn't valued in the least, even when spines are severed) can address what is in the video.

Which is expected...because when you are confronted by blatant racism by the police all caught on tape you stick your head in the sand or change the subject.

Guys you can't take a bigot out of his own mud and shi* for him.

So let me get this straight for all the forum to hear:

You have now gone out of your way  to post a story that JUSTIFIES, first cops shooting at a car ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SEVEN TIMES, and second, 4 seconds after what is equivalent to a war assault on a car when everyone has stopped shooting, the people in the car are alive and shot nearly two DOZEN times in total, this cop who jumped on the hood and then shot them through the front windshield and fired....

AN ADDITIONAL 15 SHOTS, all through the front windshield, all at unarmed blacks, because, HE feared for HIS LIFE.

And your defense for all those shots and standing on THE HOOD of the car, shooting those who are unarmed, in a car that has stopped, shooting what is people who basically look like the red star in the BB gun game at a county fair because they lead the police on a high speed chase.

If you lead the cops on a police chase, are shot up like swiss cheese, are then stopped, unarmed and are clinging to life, a cop has a right to jump on your car and BLOW YOU AWAY to finish the job.

Come here and justify that to me. Please do that.

Give me in clear concise points why cops are justified in any and every shot they take. You justify 137 shots because 'they ran'. You justify jumping on the hood of a car that is stopped and taking an additional 15 kill shots, because 'they ran'.

Ya see BWS, you are incapable of breaking down the finer points to every situation. You're 'out' is "Welp! Shouldn't of run!" As though that justifies 137 shots. As though that justifies the hood hopping and 1.5 dozen kill shots. You do know that's what this trial was about right? Excessive force. Can you look into a case? Can you see the finer details before you make a fool of yourself, because you are clearly incapable of even offering a smidgen of a valid counter to anything I'm saying here other than "Welp! Run and get what you deserve!" And they deserve 18 kill shots...while unarmed and their car is stopped.

    Yes, that is effective policing.

I mean, why do you think I call you and others here pig bigots?

Would you go into a black community and just shrug your shoulders and say "Welp! Shouldn't of run!" as though police have never before had a car chase or foot chase before. Earth to troglodytes here, PEOPLE RUN. That's part of the job. Is the other part BLOWING them away while jumping on their hood for running?

You could give a SHI* about black lives, except of course when you money is on the line in an NBA/NFL game.

You post a casual , as though it's a 'shame shame shame' issue, like someone insulted your covers post (oh you don't even post games, sorry). These are human lives that you could care less about that many millions of others do, running or no, criminal or otherwise.

    Wow.

There you have it folks. Plain as day.

Funny, because you in your twisted mind that is what you think I was going for....    Are you blind to see that I quoted and highlighted Joepa's sarcastic response to you with one of my own?

But if you want to break down the Brelo story I'd be happy to.    The Grand Jury screwed up when they only chose to go after the 1 cop who jumped on the roof.   They should have gone after all 13 who fired shots at the car of the unarmed suspects.  There was no way to prove that Brelo's shots were the shots that killed either of the victims, which anyone with any shred of common sense knows that it makes it easier to clear a single person in this incident...now back to the deceased....  "UNARMED" does not mean "INNOCENT".   Those 2 ran away for some reason...  Did they have weapons on them?  NO....Did they deserve to die?  NO...  Did they increase their risk of harm when they didn't stop and led police on a 100+mph chase?  YES.

All I'm saying is, and what most people here in town are saying is, "Why did they run?"   and if they didn't run, would they still be alive today.  And that's just the start of the fun here in Cleveland...  won't be long before the Tamir Rice trial is underway.   But at least the protests here were civil.

Ya see folks, if you are black, to the bigot, if you are not ONE HUNDRED PERCENT COMPLIANT WITH ANY AND EVERY ORDER, if you run, if you speed away, in the bigot's mind you WILL be subject to extra-judicial killing, that is, the cop can take your life. PERIOD. That is grounds for execution, armed or unarmed.

ALL deference goes to the cop.

Did ANYONE say UNARMED means INNOCENT??? No.

And if you run, you should die. Why did he run is ALWAYS their question. Well let me see, they see Eric Garner didn't run and he was choked to death. Trayvon Martin actually defended himself against a vigilante cop....dead. Tamir Rice didn't even have a chance to run...dead. And on and on and on. Should you run? No.

But you and I certainly don't live in these neighborhoods where cops swarm any and every black youth who even glances in their direction.

And that's what Freddie Gray did...glance at the cop. That was enough for questioning. When in the world has that ever happened to you?

These people in this car chase? Their car backfired in front of a police station. Oh, their black, it could have been a gun shot. That is enough for a police chase. Yeah, people do run, white and black, ALL THE TIME, and that IS NOT a reason to jump on the hood of a car and blast a windshield 13 times...all AFTER the cops are done shooting.

That is why bigots have no problem with the Freddie Gray neck severing and that is why they defer to the cops here in when a officer, allegedly to protect and serve, jumps on the hood of a car and blasts 13 bullets into the windshield to execute these people, all while the people in the car already look like swiss cheese.

Now somehow this joke of a poster wants to evade the issue of a cop jumping on a hood and bring ALL cops under scrutiny.

Of course, he did no such thing in post #13 when he provided a mere finger wag about their driving away and their eventual deaths. Then it was just a " No! No! No! Shouldn't of done that issue!" Nice huh!

Ya see, when you are black, "those 2 ran away for some reason, ya MUST be guilty of something!", thereby letting them give any and all extra-judicial killing of any and all blacks, from 12 to 112, a mere hand wave. Freddie Gray ran? His 'crime'. A pocket knife with a spring which was legal under Maryland state law. Aggressively handled to the point where his neck was severed and then came the nickel ride.

And you don't know and Train doesn't knwo....what protests are for huh. Play the dumbas* time isn't it.

And I want to be clear, look at his last two sentences of BWS to understand the mind of a bigot.

And that's just the start of the fun here in Cleveland...  won't be long before the Tamir Rice trial is underway.   But at least the protests here were civil.

The PROTESTERS are more of a threat to society than the police who A) shot a 12  year old with a cop who wasn't even competent enough to handle arms training B) jump on hoods and shoot someone 13 times (after a mere 124 shots were fired....124....).

Yes, it's time to look to the RIOTERS AND LOOTERS because flat screen TV's and Jordans in Cleveland mean more to this poster than the lives of blacks. Forget the protests or the meaning therein! Let's focus on the .1% of looters. Fox News baby! And he's demonstrated his unabashed bigotry with his derogatory comments about their race since day 1 on this this site. No slurs folks. The posters here can't use em. They'll be banned. It's more about potshots. Just get your licks in about their race and culture and be discrete about it. Every day. All day. Yeah, a wink and a nod will do the trick.

And his cronies are one and the same. I'm sure the scum JeffMarketCap will be the first to gleefully start a "Cleveland in-game" thread trivializing any and all black deaths.

What a sick, hateful, pathetic set of posters...

       You are too much....

Did you not see the part where I said that the Grand Jury messed up not going after ALL THE COPS INVOLVED???  Not just the one who fired 14 shots.... they needed to charge all 13 cops who averaged 10 shots each into a parked car where no weapons were found.  Are you in too much of a hurry to get back to your name calling to read the entire post?

And what is wrong with being happy that the protestors are being civil.   Should I be rooting for them to 'burn this b!tch down' like Ferguson?

And another Fox News comment....    I love how you assume that everyone who posts in these threads is a Fox News watching, flag-waving, no sleeve-wearing, redneck, g.ay-bashing, God-fearing right wing nutjob.

    Scalabrine,

Gray was a criminal that had been involved in more than 20 criminal court cases.

Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968), was a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court which held that the Fourth Amendment prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizures is not violated when a police officer stops a suspect on the street and frisks him or her without probable cause to arrest, if the police officer has a reasonable suspicion that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime and has a reasonable belief that the person "may be armed and presently dangerous."

Illinois v. Wardlow, 528 U.S. 119 (2000) The United States Supreme Court states that fleeing in a high crime area at the sight of police is enough to create reasonable suspicion. Indicating that reasonable suspicion rest heavily on normal human behavior, stating that flight at the mere sight of police is a sign that there exists "reasonable suspicion" that criminal activity is afoot, there by justifying an investigatory stop by the police.

Russell and Malissa were both dangerous crack heads with criminal records driving a deadly weapon while high on crack. Society is better off without them.

... Under the Fourth Amendment, law enforcement officers pursuing an unarmed suspect may use deadly force to prevent escape only if the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.

Police officers are trained to shoot until the threat is neutralized, down, and no longer a threat to themselves, their partners or the public.Police were following protocol, the law, and broke no laws.
