My wife also wants to go back. I'm thinking of a surprise getaway for us with a stay in Avalon. She's still ticked bacause I ate all the buffalo jerky I got from the airport there. It was too good and I was hungry.

A lot of shit is unexplained....and quite frankly the government really doesn't have to tell us shit...if they're testing missles or flying fucking UFO's I really don't care...the fact of the matter is, even with our downfalls, we are down right the baddest in the world...you can't get that way with divulging everything...
You ever heard of any of the Channel Islands? Like San Nicolas or San Clemente...If not you should Link ....the US Navy controls these islands and they actually have bases on them...they use them to conduct missle exercises from and on...they'll tell you they are uninhabited, but the truth is these two islands are used as a defense mechanism to protect our border here for subs and other infiltraitors....
you and many others may not know this but these islands are an intrical part in protecting our deep sea ports in Long Beach and the next deep sea port north of that is Port Hueneme, which is about a couple miles from Point Mugu...the next deep sea port north of Hueneme is San Francisco....that's a lot of miles away so they are protected with everything we got... Point Mugu is also a major full active navel air base on the west coast and is a major target to our enemies....so much so that during war time subs tried to take out the deep sea port and the air base, but in actuality they don't know where it is...they know it's on the west coast, but it is hidden so well by the Channel Islands that they couldn't find it...they actually thought they had it and attacked teh main land here, but they're coordinants were further north about 45 minutes in qa town called Goleta, which is 10-15 minutes from Santa Barbara....
so my point is that this area over here in socal is extremely vital to our national security in the grand scheme of things....if you wan tto know how I know so much about this is because both my folks worked for the Navy...my mother worked with the Admiral out at Point Mugu for 19 years and my father is an Engineer and worked for Port Hueneme and helped design the sidewinder missle and he was out there for 19 years....

Never used Carnival Cruises... My wife prefers the Princess Cruise Line and I must admit they are great and operate some trips from the SF Bay Area as well. Prices are also fair. Fewer Children as well. Who want to vacation with peoples kids running amuck anyway?

I have not been to upstate NY in a few years now. Might end up there but not by my choice.
Wife has family there but I love the West Coast with California, Nevada, Hawaii. I refuse to spend another winter in the cold after growing up in Philly almost my entire life.
But Thanks Anyway... Really wish I could. I miss the stuff BADLY. I don't drink so some nice smoke would be much welcomed in my opinion. Maybe I'll ride the local bus and hope to get stoned.

SF Bay Area... BUT it's been a long time and life is more complicated than it was back then. I also don't need to get burned in a piss test. I wish home use was legal...SUCKS. Maybe in a few more years I won't have to worry about all that shit and can blow my brains out smokin away. I have my legal Vic's 10/325's for now... they help a lot.
Maybe I can look into that legal medical smoke stuff but don't wanna use my regular Dr for that because I get my pain meds from them and I don't wanna stop em.
Shit was so much easier when I was in Philly... Everyone knew someone that sold smoke. Here in CA it's just my wife and I. All her immediate family has either moved or died and I don't like having many friends. The ones who I knew that smoke have all moved. Don't have any real friends left that I trust here. My brother in law use to smoke but followed his wife to NY state.
Just one of those things. Not worth pushing the issue and screwing up what little chances I have at finding another good STEADY job again at my age.
I do what I can for now to stay afloat... maybe I should start selling and be like the old drug dealer guy on that cable TV show that sells crack or meth or whatever. He's as whacko as I am from the highlights I've seen. But honestly... I can't do time... I rather die fighting than spend time in jail.

They are calling it a contrail... not even admitting that something was causing the contrail. On the video you can clearly see a yellow/red color that changes to a blue(ish) color at the top of the contrail. The Good Lord is sure making funny cloud patterns these days...
Maybe it was a pigeon with bad friggin gas...

The mysterious "missile launch" off the California coast yesterday illuminated our national death wish, as millions feared/hoped that a nuclear ICBM was about to rain hot death all over a deadly-boring Tuesday. But it was just an airplane.
According to NASA and Pentagon experts, the "missile" was really an airliner which caused "a billowing contrail off Southern California that resembled a missile plume illuminated by the setting sun." An optical illusion made it look like it was shooting straight into the sky. Crap... what are we going to do with all these "I Survived the California Missile" T-shirts?
I for one do not believe this for one minute. What plane was it? Why did it take Sooooo long to disclose what they "say" it was.
Why didn't someone have the ability to say " We had a plane there that did not see anything resembling a missile."
I will look for more info... but I am not buying this excuse. I'm sure plenty of people here will be fine with their answer... so be it... enjoy your day. I'll continue the debate with more questions as soon as I see more info regarding the source of this so-called "plane". NASA and the Pentagon have declared this an optical illusion and I just don't trust their half ass cover up story. NASA is a part of the military machine so this is too suspicious to brush off. Why didn't anyone know about the plane until now???
