Why not try a cheaper alternative route. There are bras out there that enhance a woman's cleavage and I think they can make them appear almost a full cup bigger.
I would almost save the breast augmentation for later on in the marriage when you guys go through a 5 or 10 year itch and want to add some excitement to your marriage. It's something nice to have in your back pocket that you might not want to play to early, so to speak.

I'd appreciate it too if your wife got some new boobs. I'm getting bored with her little tittes everyday at work,some new ones would make work go by so much quicker
