I'd have no problem with him getting serious charges for this, the guy is clearly a worthless douchebag drunk who will go on to get shitfaced and act out on his deep-seeded scumbag tendencies at every chance he can get.

This should not be a sex crime at all. Bourbon Street has made itself famous for stuff like this. You can say that Bourbon is just women pulling out their tits, but thats not the case. Stuff like this happens all the time.

Listen up. This shit happens all the time. I dont condone what this man did but I hardly think he should be deemed a sex offender.

Kid goes out and gets plastered, makes a stupid decision in public, and now if charged with certain crimes will never be able to bring his children to school.

How many titties do you see popping out on the streets of Indiana?
