He's done.
Recommended sentence of 63 months according to the Buffalo News. He's being sentenced in July so I still have time to get things done on the outside before he goes to the pokey .

Buffalo News says sentencing is July 20th the other article says July 30th. I have to find out exactly when so I can attend.

I'm going to contact some prison guards I know and see what I can arrange to make his stay a little less comfortable. A $100 in the canteen of his cellmate should do it. As soon as he heals, guess what - 


and...............................    repeat     



There's so much I want to say and do to this guy, but I know I have to be careful. I obviously can't incriminate myself by putting it all in the interweb, but I GUARANTEE some how, some way, he'll get what he has coming to him.   


I want him to think about the friends he'll make inside, I want him to be afraid, VERY afraid, maybe I'll get a message to him (can't say how) that states "There's nothing sweeter than a _______ man's peter" He's going to be someone's biitch for 5 years - I slept great last night after I found out his sentencing date and I haven't seen my dad smile like he did yesterday when he read this in the paper.

Someone did the same to my great grandma in the mid 80's ....

Dude did 4 years before killing himelf a couple years later

I hate con men. They deserve a special circle of h3ll. You want to be a criminal? Be a real man. Be a cowboy. Go rob a bank, guns blazing. Taking advantage of old people? You deserve death by sodomy. My mother in law was taken for 100k by jamaican con men. She was led to them by an even older lady she helped care for out of the kindness of her heart. What the mrs and I never figured out was if the old lady was in on it or herself just a victim. She's dead now so we'll never know.

Just got off the phone with the FBI agent in charge of the investigation. He said mikey is going to get about 5 years in prison. I was impressed with all the info the agent knew relating to my dad's account and his situation. He has already been identified as a victim and we will be getting forms to fill out for potential reimbursement from the US Attorney's office. His reimbursement will only be partial due to the amount of assets they can gather, like the sale of his house, etc. I asked him if I could donate $100 to his cell mate to show him a good time his first night and he just laughed. So in the end, my dad lost a bunch of money and his dill hole investment advisor is going to the pokey for awhile. I might just happen to run across him before sentencing on July 30th (the correct date per the FBI agent) - who knows what might happen 

There's always the release date to look forward to as well .


Hey double, pm me if you know of any locals that might be interested in "helping" - thanks - He lives in a half million dollar mansion in Ellicottville, I have maps and google earth lay outs of his property and surrounding areas for reference and an easy get away.

Just spoke with the lawyer who said they are going after the firm, not the individual, so there's still hope of getting more reimbursements.

Brother ...I felt the same way when that scumbag scammed my Great Grandma ..My older cousins wanted to wipe his family off the earth ..

But THANK GOD cooler heads prevailed ....

  PRISON is Really bad , and this pos will suffer on a daily basis ..... You can rest assured he will pay with his anus ....Being a Prison princess or pimped out w h o r e is far worse than death ....
Just the fear of the next attack will drive him insane ...

Hope for your sake he does not get a 5 year gig in a 'country club' prison where he runs the library or some nonsense like that.Can the victims make statements to the judge prior to sentencing?

In any case send him a package with some Vaseline and a shoehorn or something to make him think WTF is this tool for?? haha.still wipe the prints and a fake return address and disguise at the P.O.Keep your name out of this esp.if someone tries to hurt/kill him while he is still out.

His life will suck no matter what prison he goes to, especially after living like a millionaire for the last 20 - 30 years. The filth, noise, stink, etc. will get to him eventually. I doubt he'll be thinking "hey, this isn't so bad" - bottom line - prison sucks
