Once again you are reaching. Do you seriously think I was laughing at a young boy getting sexually abused??? I was laughing at the poster. But I understand you have to twist things to make your OPINIONS appear as FACTS.

I have read the grand jury report, I read it about an hour after it was released on Saturday. 

Do you not have a moral compass?  Apparently not, because you think its just fine that Joe Paterno never spoke up or protested the fact that the university allowed this to continue.  You obviously dont' understand the power that comes from Joe Paterno's opinion on that campus. All he had to do was be brave and speak out. But he didn't. He wanted to keep coaching, so he fell in line. This is not debatable at all. 

Like I said in another thread, there are legal obligations, and moral obligations, one comes with tangible consequences and the other doesn't. I find it quite disturbing that anyone would forgive Joe for being to cowardly to speak up.

He would of been even more revered than he now. Even more so if they sent him packing for threatening to speak. But instead he chose the easy route, and now he will be forever remembered for his failure to act.

And before you go off, I've been fortunate enough to meet Joe Paterno many years ago. I have no axe to grind. I just can't accept his inaction, his cowardice to ensure he could coach another year. 

I would bet everything I own that if you had a child close to you victimized by a predator you would be singing a much different tune.

clearly he wanted to defend his long time friend,of course he didnt commit the crime but he didnt alert the police when he was aware of serious allegations

He alerted his superiors. At the time he was not his employee and did what he was supposed to do. The police didn't file charges.

Did any Penn State employee do any more than Joe Pa did? Did Sandusky's wife come forward. Is it possible his wife and Joe Paterno didn't know the extent of what was going on??

I have yet to hear anyone dispute the allegations...

So-

If this is true- anyone and everyone that had knowledge of these acts should go to trial and be judged by their peers..

Or...

Quickly join the priesthood...
