get a scrip for adderrall. I don't know one fat person on that shiat. Pound out smoothies and protein bars and workout 4 times a week. Swimming or running on the beach both great resistance exercises I'd recommend if you are lucky enough to have those options around you. If not sprints, push ups, etc you can sneak a workout in anywhere. Do as many pushups as you can 5 times a day for a week. You'll be shocked how quickly you progress in a few weeks

Make your own 'ECA stack'. Pounds fall the fuk off. (Because it's basically a cleaner version of meth. But the shiit works.)

Low/no carb dude. No liquid calories. An hour a day of moderate excersize...... Weight will fall off.

Being a vegetarian sounds terrible. They all claim its "healthier", but they are usually unhappy people and look sickly. No thanks.
