This is my only issue in this thread. Dr. King was shot only 44years ago. Segregation was still in effect in many places, and alot of people did whatever they could to keep it that way. That thinking was instilled in their kids whom could both still be alive today and just as racist as before. Same as with black people who told their kids to never trust a white person. We still got about 3-4 generations to go before all that stuff is stories passed on, instead of being told by the people who lived it.

Other than that, yeah, Jay-Z sucks ass

These bands have been around for a long time. They play instruments(something hip hop/rap crap people know nothing about), write their own instrument lyrics, song lyrincs, have harmonies, etc. There's something to be said for that. All rap does is sample--taking other people's music and copying it for their benefit. It's called the easy way out. Yet, people like you buy into it. There are TRUE musicians out there who cannot get record contracts, but rap crap can get deals.

Somebody enlighten me. . . What instrument does Jay Z play? What about Kanye? Lil Wayne? Tpain? Eminem? What kind of voice range do they have? Any harmonies? Oh yeah, they sample other music of true musicians. People who actually played the music themselves.

It's laughable how caucasian people have to sit there and argue against each other regarding this topic and do nothing to prevent this from happening.

But it really seems like there's not much to do about it anyway other than wait a week and let it die...

I wonder what would happen if a white person insulted an all-african american womens basketball team or not even insult but just make an observation about an african american quaterback, I guess we'll never know...
