I wish the Employer didn't lead me on...this was worse than when a girl flirts and makes it seem like she wants to fukk and then ignores your advances. 

He asks me if I'm available for a second interview on Saturday and then sends me an email on Friday saying they hired someone else...well then, why'd you make it seem like the job was mine, you person-faced Jerry Sandusky looking motherfukker.

The hiring process is full of uncertainty. For every job, there is usually several applicants.  To be kind, companies treat everyone as potential candidates.    Most interviews may be a waste of time.  Invitation to a second interview suggests you might be among the top applicants or the interviewer needs more information.  Perhaps, the interviewer isn't the one who makes the final decision?

what pisses me off is that I have a lot of experience but employers always want someone older with experience...I know damn well I'm good at what I do and one of the best...whoever they hired is more than likely gonna suck at what they do.

Just show up and start working. This actually worked for a waiter friend of mine. He got dressed u in uniform to work at this Italian joint and they just hired him simply because they were short staffed that night. You should do the same. Just show up and stat working. If you are that good like you suggest that you are, they will see that and things will naturally work out.

He never said the job was yours.  He asked you about your availability for a 2nd interview.  Two completely different things.  

You know anything about the candidate who ended up getting the job? Probably not.  

Don't piss and moan....you have no idea what this other candidate brought to the table.

dont wait days til the 2nd interview, have it the next day or they'll see someone else and give them the job, thats where u went wrong

The guy can't even pick up the phone to thank you in person and say that he's hired another?  He sent you a denial email?  I'd say that's not a guy you want to work for anyway.

If you are really pissed at the employer or the hiring manager in particular, just take your gun and go to their office and shoot him or her in the head.  Problem solved.

Many years ago my coworker wasn't even considered a promotion at the company when he was clearly the most qualified for the position.  I can't remember who got the job or if it was even filled.  He later left the company and started his own firm with a couple others and became a client of ours.  How uncomfortable do you think management felt when they gave this dude the shaft and now became a client where management had to essentially suck his d*ck every time he called. 

I know this story is not directly related to your situation but you'd be surprised how not getting one gig *could lead to something better down the road.
