i still can't believe they shut down the city

for people sake, the kid was hiding in a tool shed "just outside the perimeter" and then found his way onto the boat which was right next to the tool shed in the same backyard. lets search some friggin houses but not think to search in a tool shed or on a boat lol

They don't lock down the city and this moron kills 10 more.....and then it's, "WTF were they thinking?" Lose, lose. And that comes from someone who can't believe they didn't get that kid sooner.

I don't know that's an awful big city to shut down. Has a city of this size ever been locked down with the exception of a natural disaster?
