They made the right call.. It was an inconvenience for sure.. Besides doing it for the safety of the public, it also didnt give him a chance to blend in with people and get away.. There was stuff going on that was straight out of a movie... Bombs/grenades being thrown druing the chase in highly populated areas.. These punks were capapble of anything..I for one appreciate everytihng law enforcement did and am proud of my city

A 19 year old kid who was responsible for setting off two bombs in public places which has killed three people and severely injured many others. Oh yeah, he also was involved in the killing of a security guard, car jacking someone, involved in a high speed chase in which he threw grenades and pipe bombs at police and let's not forget, had multiple shootouts with those same police.

So thousands of police (from all types of agencies) searched for the suspects for 18 hours and could not find them. But, 30 minutes after the lock down was lifted, a citizen went to check on something amiss and the suspect was found.
And people are arguing locking down the city was the right call?
