that video had it all- pimps, ho's, pit bull, blunt, female on female (i think) fights, beautiful lingerie, male on female fights, multilingual participants.  the cameraman should be commended.
don't be surprised if you see that video on the oakland chamber of commerce website soon.  that sums up oakland better than any brochure.

Everything gets ratched up when nobody will calm down, in fact escalation is encouraged. Then yet another fight after a chair gets thrown at a car. Pop, pop from some tough guy to the pregnant woman. Then just because - another woman decides following some other broad into BK would be a good idea to continue a seperate fight there. All the while you have the "narrator" yelling he's going to put it all on you tube while he's smoking a joint and giggling. The police show up to words of fuck the police.

This happened in broad daylight in a large American city. And gathereing from the narrator, the woman who got the beating wasn't from Oakland and said some nasty things about the place. That's what started the whole thing. Trust me, shit like that doesn't go down on a regular basis in most of the world

Those werent the parts of the world I was referring to.

I liked it.   The characters seemed well developed and story kept my attention to the end.  It dragged a little bit in the second act, but what film doesn't these days?  I thought the use of a child's booster seet for special effects was both inspired and  cost effective.  Of course, the best part was the way the ending left the door open to a sequel.  In all, I give it three stars - an allegory for our time.  And, you'd have to think that No Pants Pink Tights Pregnant Ho has a shot at being a real break-out star in 2010.  She's already been in more good films than Jessica Alba.

On an unrealted note, I'll be sticking to Taco Bell in O-Town for the forseeable future.

To quote Don King " Only in America ".

By the way, why didn't Jesse Jackson crawl out of his hole and comment on this, and the plight of the black man ( and woman )?

On an unrealted note, I'll be sticking to Taco Bell in O-Town for the forseeable future.

i forgot the child booster seat.  that's why you're the movie review expert.  nice touch.  as for a sequel, assuming this unfortunate misunderstanding happened a couple of weeks ago, we're probably on part 6 or 7 by now.

This happened in broad daylight in a large American city. And gathereing from the narrator, the woman who got the beating wasn't from Oakland and said some nasty things about the place. That's what started the whole thing. Trust me, shit like that doesn't go down on a regular basis in most of the world

Shooter I don't know where you were born and raised, however, I do understand what you're coming from. 99.9% is way too much. Shit like this goes on damn near everyday in every big city, small cities, towns, or where ever. It's been going on for a long period of time, and it's not going to stop anytime soon. It's a shame, but these kids today don't give a fuck about anything or anybody. Did you notice nobody tried to stop that bullshit. Hell, the girl in the car hit the policeman's motocycle and thought nothing about it.

Sad,but true.

Did anyone else notice that when the bitch got knocked down she landed perfectly in the middle of the " handicapped parking " sign painted on the ground?

I thought that was a very fitting landing spot as this was some fucked up, and very sad shit.
