Had 20 year class reunion in 09 I was in best shape along with two other guys....Most the jocks that were in shape in high school are all fat now....I was fat in high school..They all like beer/pizza and watching sports...That and getting married will make you fat and out of shape.For me I HATE BEING FAT AND YOU HAVE TO WORKOUT EVERYDAY BE IT WEIGHTS OR CARDIO Trainer at gym said 90minutes of cardio is too much....But I saw ssign for cardio spinning for 90minutes after thanksgiving...Trainers dont know nothing. Its all clean diet/lots cardio and light weights guys to lose weight...Dieting is the best part of losing weight.Hate boozing/pizza....LOVE LOVE LOVE BEING LEAN CUT RIPPED AND MAKING OTHERS EVVYOUS/JELOUS OF ME!!!Honestly my goal is to make husbands/wives/girlfriends/boyfriends jelous/envyous of me that im in better shape then they all are at soon to be age of 41.

about 20 lbs over my freshman college weight ... that was like 19 years ago tho so i guess i'm doing ok for my age ...

Pretty much verbatim of how I roll as well. It's usually only one big meal a day but I snack quite a bit. I smoke pretty much constantly when I'm not at work. I could probably stand to gain about 20 pounds, lmao.

Gotta be fit and fast to be a keeper though

34 and my white ass is in the best shape of my life the past few yrs.

5 ft 10 in 170-175. got my ticket to the guns show. got mypiece of sh*t wrkout routine 4 or 5 times a wk. walk so many miles at least 3 times a wk. what the f*ck you need to jog or run for to sprain an ankle or sum sh*t? so f all you sob's that jog past my ass as im walkin enjoying the view n sh*t. i dont give a f*ck im wrkin out the lungs to choke b*tches...

5'6" 155lbs Just in ok shape,but I enjoy being a  class "A" slob.
I'm 53 years old.... I look like I'm 43 years old... I feel like I'm 83 years old..... and I act like a 10 year old.

175 lb when i graduated in 1971 still 175 lb. Work out 4-5 days a week.
