Didn't you just read what covers wrote to you? You may not put up the shirts for PURCHASE! You guys are putting the shirts on Ebay.com Are you guys that F'ing retarded?
Your gambling skills aren't worth a sh#$ and your business law isn't worth a sh#$ either.
Business law 101:
1. You aren't allowed to use someone elses business name in any manufacturing investment in which you are trying to make or earn money.
2. Not only you will be posting these shirts on Ebay.com but what if you aren't a good salesman? Meaning... if your business skills suck on Ebay.com you are also making covers.com look like sh#$.
3. I really don't see how covers.com condones this? ![]()
There are hundereds of other variables to this equation that could make covers.com look bad. I can't see how they would allow this?
Canadian law to USA law... that's an entirely different issue. But if someone used my business name in Michigan to make a clothing line... (which they could very well do) and if I knew they were making a huge profit... you are g-damn right you'd see a letter from my attorney in your mailbox... I can assure you. Because I created the business name... and it's my reputation on the line... you morons didn't. I think covers.com is waiting to see if you morons carry out with this story.

The last thing I am trying to do is make covers look bad! The shirts will be in good taste and they will not be on covers for purchase. I'm basically fronting a couple hundred bucks, which isn't a big deal, and I imagine people will pay me back if they want their shirts shipped.
I've learned a lot about the T-Shirt business in the past couple days.
1- Everyone tries to rip you off. One lady tried to charge me 20 bucks for plain white tee's with one color silk screening
2-No one calls you back. I mean no one!
3-T-Shirts are purchased in 'bundles' of 72.
4-I'm convinced there are HUGE margins in this industry. And the margins are all in the cost of the shirts. They vary so much from one place to another. The silk screening is cheap- couple dollars a shirt.
That said. Everything is a go and the shirts will be awesome and inexpensive!
I won't have much more to update till after Christmas. I'll put my email in my email in my page after XMAS and we'll put the finishing touches on all of this. Please keep posting what you guys want- which shirt, size and quantity. I'll take care of the rest.
