Canadians please help...What's the deal with Kraft Dinner

So I have been told today the secret to Kraft dinner is lots of butter. No milk, just add 1/4 stick of butter and the cheese.

I ate so much mac/cheese and chicken quarters in college that the sight of either makes me nauseous now

Its a fairly basic pasta dish still a lot healthier than many other options.

KD is like steak in a box.

You make it this way. Boil till tender,remove and rinse in strainer with hot water. In pot melt butter(about 1 tablespoon) and 1 slice of cheese. Then mix KD into pot and stir. Mix in the secret cheese powder and viola you have Steak in a box.

Kraft sucks but home-made mac&cheese is titties


cook mac, set aside
melt butter, stir in a little flour until tacky
slowly add water while stirring til you got some sauce
add shredded cheddar/jack/american
mix it all up.
profit.

KD is great when you're broke in university or when you're drunk at 4am and wanna make something easy
