Best way to download movies and watch them on your tv (if you have a ps3)

the flashdrive or external just doesnt show on my ps3 anywhere :(

oh well ill just ps3 forum or somethin if no1 knows the problem thanks anyways for your help

There's 2 ways to format a hard drive (i think).  You need to format it in the format that most hard drives are not formatted in, FAT32 I believe.  Then you have to create the 4 folders as they appear on the ps3 (games, video, audio, pictures).  Remember this format for the hard drive will not recognize files bigger than 3.9 gb (i thought it was smaller until i just looked it up).

its cause of my mac computer 
because when i used my windows flash drive it worked fine music/vids/photos

My buddy just told me he got a letter from Comcast warning him about downloading copywrited material

Is this truly good quality?  I have a fairly decent television and I'm very picky when it comes to picture quality.

Pinoy, on your PS3 dashboard, when you first turn on your PS3, go to video, then tap all the way to the bottom until you see the make and model of your flash drive.

It should not matter what type of flash drive it is. You should be able to play your movies then.

That's why I only download from Private torrent sites. That way you cannot be tracked. You're buddy is probably using public sites which are trackable.

Yes Glyde, I would say most of my stuff comes out 480p, which is fine considering all of the new movies I have are only about a week into the theaters.

On iptorrents.com you can get pretty much anything in blu-ray or HD. Except for the newer stuff.

We just saw downloaded Green Hornet, it wasn't the greatest quality, but it was very watchable. Guys will tweak it into perfect DVD quality over the next few days. I have no idea how they do this shit.

The best part is it is all free.

My tv has a USB slot.  I'm gonna experiment today.  Blu ray quality would be sweet, but I'll take DVD(480p) quality for movies in the theater anytime.

Let me check if I have any more invites for iptorrents. I usually get 3 a month. I gave my last 3 to a few guys on Covers. If I don't have any ask Spitfire or Molsen. They should have a few invites left.

Yes. You simply copy it to your PS3 hard drive. I have about 10 movies saved on one of mine.

And for the person asking about the quality, it depends on what you download. My buddy downloads various torrents and everything ranges from Blu-Ray or DVD quality down to crap handy cam quality.

Yeah, you can but you can get movies that are not out on DVD or Blu-Ray yet. We watched the DVD screener for Taken with Liam Neeson 3 months before it even came to U.S. theaters.

iptorrents is private. You can only join by invite only. That's why I was saying I gave away all of my invites.

It's free but you have to maintain a high ratio by seeding. Or you can donate a few bucks and you can get whatever you want for a long time.
