Cause I don't see anything being violated on that search whatsoever.....some of you seem to think that because it is a kid that there should be a different set of rules....that's not the way to approach it.....everyone is equal at the airport....would the search have been okay if it was a 50 year old woman?

I get out quite a bit, and I've have NEVER had anyone even attempt to search me, and if they did i'd break every bone in their face..but you probably like being patted down by other men...

Do you know what legal trouble an establishment is potentially getting themselves into by patting people down??  Lots..make my day....

when do they ever put their physical hands on  you?  Pat-downs have been ruled illegal in many places, IF an establishment is patting you down, you may have a lawsuit against them...especially if you have been sexually groped...or claim to be sexually abused by the person patting you down...

Eventually, they will extend their abuses upon every citizen.

The airport is just the start...

The only positive of this pat-down is it is completely nondiscriminatory! The most unsuspecting flyer has been subjected to the fullest extent of the laws invasiveness. 

I could see a muslim child being subjected to the exact same thing and American flyers in line murmuring, "That's the FIRST place I'd look if I were a TSA agent!" with regard to the child.

Many here say "The law is the law is the law!" 

Well, here's your law in action! This was lawful unfortunately!

This is exactly what I was wondering after watching this video... I am wondering if the security got their asses chewed out or some shit prior to this happening. and they were given some kind of NO EXCEPTIONS rule or some goofy shit...

yo its amazing that some of you are so blind and oblivious to what this world has really come to....first of all ...TSA won't conduct a pat down unless you have alarmed the metal detector or the body scanner machine.....that being said....once someone alarms they must resolve the alarm by patting you down and searching all of you accessible property. You certainly have the right to refuse this from happening, however a local law enforcement officer will then take over and you will not be allowed to fly unless u agree . By the way your local police officer will probably be alot more agressive towards you cause they feel you are now hiding something. By the way Tsa is not there looking for DRUGS, however if they stumble across it they will get local law enforcement involved....one last thing....how safe would you feel sitting next to someone no matter there age or sex...knowing that they alarmed a metal detector or body scanner....and nothing was done to investigate what it was......when your 20k feet in the air its too late.
