Why does Bodog require part2

Question

I sent in required forms, now they want me to verify a credit card I used years ago, that I no longer have.

That is horse crap, I submitted the forms you asked for verifying the card used is mine, Now I need to verify a card I haven't had for 4 months? I did not use this card for my deposit and no longer have this card. Let's stick with what was used, mail me the money to the address used by the card and that is on my driver's lic. Please step up to the plate and show some customer service.

I will never use bodog again, they tell me on the phone they know it's me but the procedure must be followed, I sent a copy of my bank statement showing the card used on it and when the cards got changed over. Now they want a letter from my bank. Fun , go to bank ask for letter to gambling site please. After that I need to send in a verification form showing I own the old no existent card. I think he said I only had to sign it, no copy of the card is needed... Does Bodog advertise here?

Maybe call the 800 number of your old bank card issue. Have the rep dig up an old bank statement from the data base and email or fax it to you.

Personally, my dealings with Bodog has been first class in every facet of their operation. I really like their interface on the website, the customer service is excellent, and their line moves have always been proactive by anticipating public opinion, other books fall in line.

Every Online book that I have dealt with requires you to prove that you are the owner of any (And every) card that you have used wih that book. Anyone that tells you different has never cashed out at that their book, if they have deposited with a card.

I faxed the SAME shit 3 times- A brand new fax machine and everytime they miraculously never got it. Also, if you update / replace the credit card and the numbers dont match thats another fiasco.

bodog also has gone through changes over the years...  so at one time you were looking at 3-6 months to get paid... this is probably no longer true...

Don&#x27;t defend Bodog just because the entire industry does it.It&#x27;s the same story across the boardThey literally let you make a deposit in under 2 seconds with a high-speed internet; no questions asked.Then you hit and there are two main problems:1. The bonus they gave you needs to be rolled over X times before money is withdrawn making it virtually impossible for a newbie to keep his original balance on his first hit.2. They want credit card info; old and new, some of which you don&#x27;t have anymore. Send it in and they&#x27;ll tell you the was transmission was blurry. That is what happened to me before you could send screen shots and had to pay $5 for a Fax at Kinkos at 2am. So another $5 later and another fax and there goes that $10 &#x27;bonus&#x27;.Bodog originally had me do the &#x27;ol pencil shading routine on the card number to physically justify I had it in my possession. I send it in and of course Bodog says they couldn&#x27;t read the transmission because the number was to dark. I told the bastards on the spot, &#x27;YOU HAD ME SHADE THE NUMBER IN FUCKING BLACK NUMBER 2 LEAD AND THEN FAX IT. WHAT DID YOU THINK WOULD HAPPEN?"I feel bad for the OP. Obviously, he&#x27;s a young guy who wants to get some betting action on Sunday. He hits his first bet and the site refuses to pay him. What a joke.I repeat. I want to defend bodog. If I ask for a payout today, I will have it fed ex to my office,on my desk by wed. I do alot of betting with them so maybe I get better treatment. I did have problems once with the verification thing and the I cant read it thing but I scanned the card on a hard drive and emailed it to them. Maybe I am the only one who likes bodog. I took out a 3500 deposit last feb and got it in 2 days.
