This happened to anyone else using 5dimes?

Question

I&#x27;ll try to make it short and sweet.I go to deposit using my credit card, never had issues in the past. Anyways I go to deposit the money and 5dimes says it was declined. I go into my bank account and the money has been deducted so I called a bank rep and said the transaction WASNT declined.I call back 5dimes and they want me to take a picture of my bank statement and send it to them. Of course that may take a few days to actually appear on my statement since its a "credit card" purchase.So now I have to wait until the description of purchase appears on my statement. Hopefully it doesnt take a few days. You&#x27;d think there software would be better with all the "technical issues" they&#x27;ve been having.Really contemplating another site. Anyone know of sites not associated with 5dimes that does WU or MG deposits/payouts?

that happened to me once but in my case I got an email a minute later saying it was successful. I refreshed my account and the money was there so it does happen. 5dimes is the best in my opinion for US customers. Sure they have some problems every once in a while but what book doesn&#x27;t. In the end you can count on getting paid quickly. If you really do want to switch though just about every book out there does WU and MG for deposits and payouts so take your pick. Good luck

I had a card hacked from the proceesor at 5Dimes earlier this year. Be real careful with them as they are advising their customers to change their passwords way too often

Same problems months ago, for now and near future I never use my credit card, Im now looking for a book that accept check deposits thru ach payments..

HERITAGETruly the best and safest book for U.S. players. They take Western Union and Money Gram and 9 out of 10 times it is credited within 15 minutes as opposed to 2 hours with 5dimes.
