5 Dimes is losing customers in bunches. 

DO NOT GIVE HERITAGE SPORTS YOUR CREDIT CARD.  This place is a total scam and from my own experience their credit card processor charged my card several times and Heritage Sports claims they cannot help in any way in getting the money back.  The processor is in China and they admit the processor is theirs but they will not help.  BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HERITAGE SPORTS.

MountainMan- I have been using Heritage Sports for many years now, they are customer service driven and will anything to keep people happy. Total scam? Hardly dude.

I can only speak of my own experience and the facts.  They admit to giving my CC information to a processing company in China and then the processing company charged me 7 times to the tune of approx. $1K.  Then the Heritage Sports Customer Service said there is nothing they can do about it and basically, tough luck.  They will not give out any information to contact the processing company to request a refund for the charges.  Clearly, I made the mistake of signing up with Heritage Sports and giving them my CC - that's my fault but to say they are "Customer Service Driven'?  They are Customer Service driven if it is profitable to them - otherwise, take a hike.

Heritage Sports is a top tier sportsbook.

What is the purpose of  this referral requirement?  Why don't other books insist on having a referral? If I'm posting up funds into an account why is a referral necessary? Is it to make the new customer feel privileged?  If  you plug in Covers.com as a reference ,  what's wrong with that?  How can a stranger on the Internet attest for another stranger? Is it  because of referral bonuses?  Seems like much ado about nothing.
