POKERSTARS UNFAIRLY HOLDING FUNDS(MUST READ)

Have been on Pokerstars for many years and have made deposits that have cleared many times over the years. During the christmas season I had seen my brother and told him to make a deposit on Pokerstars and give it a try. He then made his first deposit ($100 dollars), but for whatever reason it did not clear throw his bank. He played the money and lost it all and now has a -$100 dollars oweing to Pokerstars. Me and my brother completely understand that this money is owed and will be paid in full. My brother is a hard working man who has never missed a bill, has great credit and is well respected. THIS IS WERE POKERSTARS BECOME UNFAIR AND UNJUST!

Well entering a tornament myself under my own account not my brothers, I deposited money and had it approved as expected. Then about 2 minutes later well entering a torney, THEY FREEZE MY ACCOUNT! They say the want Licence photo, VISA CARD NUMBER and a hand signature. I send it all to them in photos and faxes. They then come back a say: We are confirming that we have approved your documents and approved them. But because of my brothers outstanding account, my account has been frozen with funds in it, intill my brothers is cleared. We are both in our 40's , see each other once a year and live in different citys. Is this fair? Would you now deposit funds into as must people call it Jokerstars knowing that they can freeze your account if you have family members or maybe people with the same last name, deposits does not go throw, even when in honesty. Same ip address as yours when your brother "fraudulently deposited." So as far as theyre concerned you guys are running a scam and, regardless if you are or arent, you cant blame them. Youre gonna have to have your brother settle up or you may be frozen for a while but dont blame this on pokerstars, the only "jokers" here are you and your brother. Have the money in your account before depositing next time and you'll be fine

Samething happened to me when I could actually play on ps... wahwahwah... Anyhow. A buddy of mine who I had transfered money to in the past had made a fraudulent deposit. Once it got returned they froze my account, he never logged into his account from my computer so it was an ip add or anything like that.. They basically told me to do the same thing they told you. To fax all the bs in which I did. Then they told me that my buddy needs to make his account right before I can play again. So I was basically guilty by association. My advise to you, transfer it over from your account and then you can play again. Its only $100 right?

PS.. When I could actually play I did well with ps and have made numerous withdrawals, idk about now but I always got my money if thats what you are worried about..

Careful -- I feel like I've seen this before... if you pay the $100 for your friend they will use that as evidence that the two of you are running a scam and may try to seize your account. Just fair warning.

Amateurs fraudulently depositing from their own computers and then blaming stars and calling me a dumb ass. I swear the idiots on the website

Told them I was going to contact W5 and Fifth Estate(20\20) and they put the money in my Insat Debit account in 8 MINUTES> DUMB ASS!
