Pinnacle Issues Rollover after losses

Pinnacle is holding my funds hostage this month i had almost 10K of action and lost 1500 bucks but they are holding my funds hostage as i did not do 3X roll over. I had funded my account with EMT / Interac from my bank not a credit card. Even after I lost 1500 they want the 3X roll over on my last 1500 dollar deposit. as they term it as " untouched" balance. If i had used credit card or got a bonus 3X rollover could make sense but deposit from bank and no rollover plus losses more than the deposit yet. it is held hostage. let me know if i did something wrong besides trusting a scammy book. Live betting odds are never updated most of time you keep staring at the locked icons. Just my 2 Cents
