Day 75 of Matchbook holding my money hostage. I submitted my withdrawal
information on March 2, 2011. They owe me $22,460.63. I have
requested updates on several occasions. Matchbook sent me an email on
4/28/11 saying my withdrawal was in the queue and due to be processed
the next week and I would receive the funds the following week.
Needless to say that did not happen. What did happen was I got an email from Matchbook saying they did not know when they could pay me.
WTF Matchbook? 73 days? First I would get paid March 31, then sorry no you are not. Then you say on April 28th I'm in the queue and I will be processed next week, then sorry NO YOU ARE NOT.
This is beyond ridiculous to take this amount of time. Are you out of money? Do you really expect us to believe there are just a handful that have not been paid?
It's time to pay the money you owe.
