Anyone recommend one that is good for cheap withdrawls and good bonuses?

I moved from SIA to Bet365 and have been pretty happy so far.  Can't give any other comparisons yet.  FYI, I left SIA for a reason about a month ago, just got the notification yesterday that they got my withdrawal request and are processing it after many times asking them what is up.

do you know what the withdrawl fee is for bet365? I was with gtbets and they are good for everything they give losts of free bets and bonuses but withdrawl fee is $45 bucks
