Heritage sportsbook withdrawl problems ??

With all due respect that a first time poster should get..........your claim is bogus. Never have had a problem with Heritage.

I figured some of you wouldn't believe me - so here is a live chat that I had with Heritage.

[4] I requested a payout ( free check ) last monday for $3000 and I was told it would arrive in 3-5 days. Today is the 5th business day and I still have not received it. I called earlier today and was told to call back to get tracking #. Could you check on this for me please ?
[Alex] I'm afraid we don't have tracking numbers, as a policy the processors stopped giving them to us. However some customers have told me that if you call fedex you should be able to get that with your full name and adress.
[4] When I called earlier the female I spoke with said that she talked to the person in charge of payouts and said to call back and she could check on it.
[Alex] Let me talk to the payout supervisor and check for you. Just a moment please, I'll be right back.

[Alex] Sir I spoke with our payout supervisor and it seems there was a mistake made with that check. It has in fact been sent out already but it was sent out later than the date of the request. My supervisor is contacting the processor to make sure it was properly sent out and to figure out when that should be arriving but there will in fact be a delay on that. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, the check is on the way safely and should be arriving there in the next couple of days.
[4] What kind of mistake was made ? When will your supervisor know for sure about the check ?
[Alex] We send out the checks on batches and the batch in which your check was in was misplaced by mistake. It was a simple clerikal error that was corrected but it did in fact delay the checks. We should know exactly when it was sent out a little later on.
[4] Who should I ask for when I call ? What time will they know today ?
[Alex] She was contacting the processor right now, Melissa, our payout supervisor. You can log back to the chats in a 30 minutes or so and I'll help you out, that way she can speak to them and hopefully sort this out before you call.
