Seems like everyone on here (including myself) usually just checks this board to complain about the books we're having problems with.
Well, for once, I thought I'd start a thread to give Heritage props. Hit a big win streak this week and finally got my bankroll into the low 5 figures.
Been cashing out all week and they have processed every request within 24 hours. I received a cashier's check in less than 48 hours via fedex and have had 3 person 2 person money transfers.
The only thing that sucks is the fees: 1 free per 30 days, then $50-70 per transaction. But it's really not them, they have to pay an intermediary and the WU or bank fees.
But overall I'm pretty happy after dealing with WSEX and 5 dimes delays over the last few years. Only other book that paid anywhere near this quickly was the Greek, but they dropped US players awhile back.
Anyways, just wanted to share a positive experience for once.
