Ease of use

I read alot of posts stating problems with payouts. I have also had problems, but I have had no issues at all trying to deposit. It has never been difficult at all giving these sites money, but trying to withdraw has at times been trying to say the least. I take a credit/debit card and within seconds I have money in my account, but I need verification and time to take money out. The methods most sites use are not easy. As customers shouldnt we demand a quick, easy and safe method of withdrawl? I am not writing this as a complaint against these books, but as a plea for them to update and evolve their business model.

I understand processing a  sum over 2500 would raise red flags and need to be treated accordingly. The problem I have is the sub 1000 payout to the recreational player. Once you attach an incentive for these sites to make it easier I think they would.  I fear the incentive is going to be in the form of legal gambling in the US.  Once gambling is legal, these sites will find a way to accomodate their clientele. I just wish they would institute that progressive thinking and make the experience a fair and honest transaction.
