i encourage everyone to avoid draftkings. The absolute worst book that screwed me Sunday on two live bets on the Yankees. I've been playing for over 20 years and even offshore books have more integrity than these scumbags. Basically, DK claims my internet connection could not be verified. this is after they approved my wagers and the money was taken from my account. I have only used DK in my state and have a great internet connection. Of course the score changed in my favor and two minutes later, my wagers were cancelled. customer service is an absolute joke here too. They gave me a bunch of laughable excuses after approving my bets and then cancelling them after the Yankees took a sizable lead. These thieves need to be exposed!
Based on when the bets were looking to be placed they would have been Live bets as the game was in progress. If the lines are changing or not available at that time a bet may not go through and would be credited back.
of these were refunded to your account a couple of minutes after placing because there was an issue while approving this pair of bets.
