I'm a long time satisfied customer there but things have changed. Their customer service is now HORRIBLE. They won't even allow many of their customers to call them anymore. All of their "customer service" is online chat only and if their site goes down or you can't place a bet, you're screwed. They are just awful now. Very disappointed. AVOID HERITAGE.

I'm a long time customer of both Heritage and 5 Dimes. Nothing to complain about either one of them

He's right . They will boot you also very quickly and lower your limits over nothing. Than you will place a get out of your bet $250 dollar bet and they will tell you that you cannot get out of bet because your account does not qualify.
