beware if u used a CC on 5 dimes site

i just got hacked for over $700

only used the CC for this site only

I use bitcoin now but they are still using CC from a while back

5 dimes upper management looking into

I have one N e t s p e n d account I use exclusively for 5dimes. It has been compromised three times in a year and a half, forcing me to get a new card. Need I say more?

I had an issue with Heritage refusing a Bitcoin payout when I deposited with Bitcoin citing a hidden rule not posted on their website.

They promote this method...even going as far as telling customers to give up their acct info to hook into with coinbase (who is shady but that's another story) They got me banned from MG recently after 10 years of no issues with many other books. The rep tells me "deposit bitcoin and you can withdraw bitcoin same day!"

So I deposited bitcoin yesterday and tries tried to withdraw a very small amount (few hundred)

I will send someone some bitcoin right now as a donation if they can find anywhere on the site where it states you must make a certain amount of bitcoin deposits before being able to withdraw that method

I don't know if anyone can help her but I just thought I would let the players know watch out for that

Do not do not do not deposit with 5Dimes anymore using credit cards. They're getting hacked repeatedly. Trust me. All 4 cards I used with them were hacked. Never again. Yes it's a pain in the behind to deposit in other ways but you have no choice.

Same thing here, they tried to get .87 out of Indiana as a TEST.. Bank catches it, and yes, only use for that site, only card they ever took. Now the bank limits it to INSIDE US. Thus, I would have to state traveling outside of states to use on there site, just too much BS... I been dumping 500.00 a year for 2 years now, (LOSING) golf...

Sucks, because I like doing it, kind of like a long horse race (over the weekend). Spend maybe 20 - 30 bucks, good chance to win and still way up over the years.

It eases my need to be degenerate gambler at 52 years old. Our country isnt going to be happy until we are all NON smoking, non gambling, hard working fat people that spend the last 50 years of their life under medication and sucking down huge amounts of sugar. It is like a joke, today's America.

Get in line and do what you are told, allow us to follow your every movement on your phone, taxes, fees, and more fees... Pathetic. Now I am to believe a billionaire that has spent 10M dollars over the last 5 weeks flying down here to Mar Largo on my dime so that he can feel at home, Camp David isnt good enough ? They have the intercoastal waterway all tied up, Boaters can't enjoy the area because our president lives there.

God damn I am mad and full of hate...

Long time loyal 5dimes user.

Sadly the stories about the credit card hacks are true. Cards get fraud charges on them within a month now.

I hope they clean it up, really bummed out that I cant make credit card deposits

Yup. Long time 5Dimes user here. I have switched to using Bitcoin over the past six months or so. But, the last two times I have used a credit card to deposit, I was contacted by the fraud department. I used two different credit cards over about a three month period. I had no fraudulent transactions, but both times someone trying calling customer service to obtain personal information about me. I guess their goal was to try to open more accounts under my name.

Exclusively Bitcoin from now on. After the first incident, I would have thought they would get this fixed, but apparently not.

I hope it's just CC...

I've deposited with a debit card and a re-loadable debit card within the last month or so and have not had any problems.

B UT I did switch to Bitcoin about 2 weeks ago and plan to stick with it long term

ya i been using bitcoin almost a year now , i always used bank or greendot for them and a handful of other bs. happy i didnt get hacked. but as of right now there cashier is under maitenence idk using nitro more and more because of there payouts , but with them grading takes forever a lot. less options then dimes . im a degen i like the option to get the cash almost as instanly as cashing a ticket even bitcoin with 5d always takes at least 24hrs to get my money , ive seen others say they got paid in 4-6 hours . jus my 2 cents

This used to a good book but have gone down hill big time .. if you google 5dimes you will learn they are a big scam ... Tony is one of the big guys there and won't talk by phone only by live chat... I would rrrruuunnnn fast away from this book. 5dimes sport bet are all the same owner

I have used 5dimes for years. This place is not a scam so quit with the defamatory comments. They're one of the top books out there, if you dont want to play with them then don't, just move on no need to label them as a scam. If your credit card was compromised then you have to contact your financial institution not 5dimes. 5dimes has nothing to do with that, they were probably breached since the processors that they use are from foreign countries like malta, china, korea, etc. There's nothing they can do to get your money back on those transactions, you will be refunded by your bank or credit card company when you make a fraudulent transaction claim. Tony is not an all evil guy he runs a sportsbook, there's tons of ppl who try to scam him on a daily basis so he runs a strict book. I actually had a interaction with him a few months ago regarding a grading wager that was incorrectly graded as a loss when it was supposed to be a win, i went through 2 or 3 upper mgrs to speak about it and they wouldn't budge and then when they transferred me to tony he realized it was a win and graded it as a win. The guy is a stand up guy to me all about business, just don't try to take advantage of him or his business.

and if you guys are really complaining that its taking 24 hours for you to be paid have me mind blown. Go somewhere else then. Because this is online sportsbook, a few years ago you were waiting on 2-3 weeks to get money now god forbid you have to wait a whole day!!!! wow. if you need your money that quick and bad then you probably shouldnt be gambling to begin with. just my 2 cents but 5dimes is a top book if you dont like them just move on. Sound like a bunch of damn snowflakes on here whinning.
