Betplays payout and runaround

Betplays has blocked my account and have given me the run around for my withdrawal of 1900... Even though they took my 800$ deposit. It has been 2 weeks now..the blocked my account today... Please advise and help..thanks

long time Covers user... And enjoy covers betting site recommendations... I have been using betvictor and neobet for years with no issues but enjoy some bonus action from time to time and I guess I got burnt from betplays. Again hoping someone can help me...

They might flag that if you deposited and trying to make a WD within hours or a few days...need more details

 Thanks for the heads up on that but it has been 2 weeks.. today they blocked my account stating criminal activity,  Illegal betting and duplicate account which is all false... I rolled over my bonus they kept saying to be patient with their withdrawal process then today bam... They took my 800$ deposit and not pay the 1920$ owed to me...just not right... Thanks again Train.. my fault for trusting a new company...

 I am in the same situation, even worse... My total of deposits are more than 5000$, my winnings are more than 6000$. They just blocked me and keep all the money, even the deposits. Betplays has amazing boosted odds, yes I bet them a lot, and for them it looks like it was criminal to do this... 

Other books have limited me before, but to lose my winnings AND my deposits is totally new to me.

I guess I should start my own thread for this. But I am just looking for a way to get back at least my deposits as soon as possible.

So if anybody knows how to proceed to fill a complain that could lead to fix this issue, it would be a great help for me.

 I'm still battling with no success... Just criminal that they can take our $$$ and not pay us... The other matter is that they are still offered on covers.... And covers has offered to help resolve my issue but I have not heard back from them.....it's just not right
