I place multiple live bets today on AS Roma to win on betonline.ag.

Every bet was graded as lost.  I contacted support and all they said was it will be sent to a different department for review and I will not hear anything back for 24-48 hours.

How can a sportsbook site not be able to grade the bets correctly and then essentially just rob their customers.

Maybe someone can explain how this is a loss to me.

Especially when I was watching the game live and AS Roma won 4-1 and is reported on multiple sites as doing so.

Betonline.ag has to be worst sportsbook site out there.

I have used Bovada before and will definitley be moving back there once there is any type of resolution to this.

Now they have cancelled my bets and refunded my money but none the less I took a bet that they accepted and are now refusing to payout.  This site is totally ridiculous and everyone should steer clear of it

they are a joke and should be avoided,they also charge 6.5% fee on bitcoin DEPOSITS!!!!
