Basically what im gathering is the site is just a host for local bookies. You hook up w a local guy and he sets you up an account on there. So i guess your experience would depend on who/how your local guy is.

You don't deposit money. Your local book sets u up an acct. He can set a max loss for the week. He can't change lines it just keeps track of ur bets and ur win/ loss amount. When u win/lose u meet with ur guy and he just adjusts your figure online.
