Anyone else having delays with topbet?

They are giving me the run around big time. Asked for a payout onto my card, they told me would be 8-10 business days after they deducted funds. Funds were taken out March 16 and still nothing. I called Monday asked wtf? They said would be 72 hours. Today nothing so called Arian they said they cannot even give me a time frame now of when I will get it? They claim its "a bad batch" and are having "issues with their processor" Also a week or so ago they put a seperate payout for 40$ over, and no not the fee. Asked for an amount over and over again and guy put in 40 more than added another 40 for fee. Anyone else having issues thanks.

They have paid in the past and for higher amount than this time. Thank u for your response Joanne. Keeping my fingers crossed. Offshore really not taking care of customers these days regardless of where u play.

Still haven't been paid has been over a month now. Also a withdrew a seperate check that is now a week late. They tell me no updates, have no info no timeframe. Covers you recommended these guys THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They Got me man for 4,100 payout....I am going to try and recover it with some of my credit cards.

I got one payout from them 4 months ago for 750.00, byt when I hit that 4,100, they refuse to pay. They are a scam, I read some article on ripoff report, people are dealing with the same thing. Hope I can recovery most of it from my credit card company

What did they mean by fraud complaint and complaint you filed? 

Also every time u call now no matter what time of day immediately get the "All of our customer service representatives are busy please stay on the line of press 0 to leave a vmail." Will loop 5 or 6 times then ring and go to an agent. Looks like they arent even olanning on stsyingnin business. 

Love the high level of concern from the covers team. Makes me fel real good about their list of places to play (rolling my eyes)

Had good communication with them today. Got tracking info for one of my payouts. So that's good. They and up paying me all of it I am going to feel like a lil bitch for being so impatient. They been good to me and always paid up to this poo y so hopefully just delays, nothing more.

So both payouts showed up. We're sad late but card was funded yesterday as well as check showed up. Have one more payout coming from them that is still with timeframe. That one is for more than the 2 combined so we will see how they do on that but overall am satisfied still will give them business. No book is perfect.
