I have to say they are very strict about having all of your documentation submitted in order to get a payout, but once it's in they are top of the line. I requested a payout from them and within 40 minutes it was processed with a confirmation # coming tomorrow.
They did charge me a $60 fee when it was supposed to be free. I inquired about it through customer chat, and they quickly refunded they $60 to my account.
I have to say I am impressed. They said that W* and M* are the fastest ways to get paid. I guess other methods have been backed up. I am happy.

5Dimes customer service is horrible. You have to stay on top of them. Take everything they say with a grain of salt. If you stay on top of them and call them out on their BS, you will be fine. It's just frustrating.

5 dimes has changed. Just got off the live chat with a manager. Fees for Western Union and Money Gram are no longer fixed fees. It used to be $30 for WU and $70 for MG (yes, $70 for a freaking payout. one that they cap at $850 to begin with. That's almost 10%!!). Now they depend on how much you request, which makes it $10-$15 more for WU and a little less for MG. Kind of sucks, because WU was a good method to get $950 for $30 fee, but now I just paid $40 for a $750 payout. Pisses me off. I didn't even get a notification email or message. Had to find out when I went to request. Should have some sort of messaging system once you log into your account.
Also, the "free" payouts have changed. Now you only get a free payout once every 30 days if you haven't gotten ANY payout in the last 30 days. So basically if you got a payout 29 days ago, even if you paid fees, you're not getting a free payout. My last free payout was 2 months ago, but since I just paid $57 in fees 25 days ago, then I cannot get a free payout.
So all in all, the fees are going up and the free payouts are going down.
I just got off of live chat with a manager who explained that there are some other options available, including a "debit" option. I'm awaiting the email explaining that.
I'm also going to switch from "reduced lines" to the cash back on losses program. You cannot parlay or if bet reduced lines, and that is a big inconvenience for me.
Hope this helps. Might shop around for another book.
