I was hacked too last month from 5Dimes. I was lucky that both cards i used previously declined all charges, but I am DONE with 5dimes after this. It's painfully obvious that they sell personal information or have employees that do. I also seem to get an unusual amount of Spam emails, calls, and texts after making a 5 dimes deposit. I'm also sick of these guys and their arbitrary rules. I will stick with the Bookmaker family and Heritage.

This is the 2nd time in a year I have had a fraud charge. Both times they were online purchases to Walmart.com. except this time they also bought a plane ticket. I only used this card online for 5dimes. They are selling info. It's obvious. I've used them for 8 years and I am ever using them again.

Just happened to me 2 days ago. I've only used this debit card at 5dimes. They have my info. Someone was able to transfer money from my account to an unknown checking account. This is complete bullsh*t. I'm currently trying to dispute it now with my bank. Will never use 5 dimes again.

Transfer money from eBay account?! Your 5dimes account to a checking account? Or from your actual checking account to another account? How the hell do they have your checking account #? Have you provided 5D with that info previously?

somehow they had access to my online banking for my EDD debit card and transferred this money to a checking account #. This was an EDD debit card. So i believe since they had my personal info and debit card # they were able to create a user name and password and then transfer the money to a checking account. Sounds crazy but I've only used this card for 5Dimes. My mistake as is should of never used this card for online gaming.

NEVER use your debit card to gamble. You can't even use a credit card at this point. These businesses don't have proper cyber security these days. It's outdated. Bitcoin or nothing. And change your online banking log-ins to something impossible to guess for Christ sake. And never do any sort of banking across anything but a secure network. As in your home computer only.

I totally agree with you. I made a big mistake. I'm just hoping I get reimbursed as well as they don't f*ck with me anymore. I cancelled my debit card and will change my login etc. I'm done with 5dimes as I lost faith in them. Bitcoin or maybe ill use a prepaid card, if it works. Thanks.

My CC that was used at 5D hacked - plane tickets purchased for travel in the Middle East. Other charges in china, US. Their checks for less than 3K have bounced just today. What a scam this book is. Never ever will I deposit there again

These guys are thieves. . they're Costa Rican established, so there's no regulator... if you have a dispute, you have no where to go.
They were good when I lost 7k, awesome, but when I turned it around and turned that 7k into 67k, in Sept 2018, they told me my bets were "not recreational"... WHAT?!...I never asked to increase my limits, I bet with what they gave me... I hit some parlays, and some straight bets .. and few +200, +300 plays. . problem is when I won, i increased my bets 200 to 300 to 500 to 1000
Worked up to 67k, and got my 7k deposits back and a giant F-U... horrible book...
As a matter of fact, if anyone at covers can help me, I'd be indebted, as a matter of fact id honestly donate 25% of anything recovered to covers or charity or whatever
