I complained and they removed my ability to make CC deposits.
10% fee to make a credit card deposit at Heritage.

I have been w/ Heritage for over 5 years. Always recommended them but the last 6 months or so things have declined a little bit.
Payouts a little bit slower.
Customer service a little more useless
Still a good out in my opinion, but both of these happening at the same time is disappointing.
CC wise cannot complain about as I use strictly bitcoin.

My last bitcoin withdrawal took 48+ hrs and when asking customer service about it they have to put me on hold for 10 mins saying that it is approved and should be processed but do not know why it is not. I play at 2 books where bitcoin withdrawals are done within 4 hrs.
And some free advice for "ya" do not end sentences with the word "ya" as I am sure you may be more intelligent then your grammar leads on

Oh.. so a 48 hour turnaround to get your money is "slow" to ya? Your'e so petty man, complaining that you get your money in 48 hours.
If your "book" can give you a 48 hour turn around, then use that. Problem solved.
