Hey guys, apologies if this isnt in the right forum. Ill try to keep it as short and sweet as possible.
Not sure if powerplay is a trusted site but signed up and played with them a few months ago, lost and went back to my regular books.
Sent me a come back and play sportbook and casino bonus a few days ago and i hit a couple parlays and fulfilled my bonus requirement.
The parlay money never got to my cash balance and i went on chat and asked why.
After some itll take a little while runaround they said 100 will be credited to my account because thats the max u can win off the bonus as in the terms.
I asked for where that is on the terms and now its crickets on correspondence.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
