Lions, Tigers, Sharks......etc. big game predators are huge and shreded all the time. They go weeks without a meal sometimes and can still crush a weightroom.
Not fair at all. They sleep all day too.

Generally, lower animals can survive longer without food. Time depends on body reserves and consumption rate. Sleeping cold blooded animals don't need fuel for body temperature. Highly active warm blooded animals deplete reserves sooner. For examples, dogs 38 days, frogs 16 months and snakes 2 years.

if a person eats at the same time every day. tehy will get fat as ____
im being serious.
u need to stay hungry sometimes...
body builders and ppl who wanna put on weight will eat 5 small meals tho
if you take in more calories than you expend over time, you will put on fat. if you resistance train and you take in more calories than you expend, you'll put on fat and muscle
when you eat those calories has very little to no bearing whatsoever. Meal timing / frequency really doesn't matter at the end of the day.
just work out how many calories you need to either be in a surplus, a deficit or maintenance.. find the protein / carb / fat ratio that works best for you and hit those targets over a 24 hour period.
thats all
