What's your favorite shellfish?

I mean lobster is easily the most tasty but can't always get that..

Old Bay seasoned shrimp.

Nothing better than stuffing a clam.

Crab.  Snow crab is probably my favorite because of the sweetness.  I make crab salad all the time and then roll with a toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, etc.

Stuffed clams good stuff!! I love fried clam strips though

Snow crab eh?  Not a big fan of crab salad as I am of crab cakes when you get a lot of these leftovers. You ever had "jimmys" the blue crabs. Here's a picture:

Marinated (olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic)  colossal shrimp cooked on a grill. Also, baked shrimp with a seasoned and buttered cracker crumb topping.

Oyster by a mile. Raw with fresh lemon juice.

This all sounds great...almost any kind of shrimp or oyster

i grew up with shrimp being my favorite... but as I got older I learned to appreciate clams/oysters etc... but I think I crab has taken the #1 spot... although I enjoying cooking with shrimp because it allows you to do more...adding flavor to crab takes away from the natural flavor imo

Muscles.

pretty much all are greatness.

+1

Shrimp/prawns, lobster, dungeness crab, clams, surf clams, geoduck clams, etc etc
