For me, the only rule should be: Put up your fucking weights when you're finished with done with them!

Can't stand people who leave their dumbbells all over the place or the plates on the bar after working out.

i think omerta has it but the only other one i can think of (it's been a while)- always let someone work in if they ask.

Bring a towel if you sweat. Hell, I bring 2 towels and an extra t shirt because I work out pretty hard literally drip sweat.....

the #1 reason to choose a gym is the quality of the chicks there and there is a big gap between reason 1 and reason 2.

I've changed gyms because I knew too many people there. I'm trying to get my "swoll" on and everybody wants to come over and chat me up. Gotta be careful about how many friends you make at the gym if you want a focused workout.

you may run out of options. i know why you can't work out at home anymore.

Pump iron and iron only. Pumping anything else can lead to unwanted drama at the gym.

Careful. Maybe I'm only speaking for myself but things go badly and your workouts will be awful, you will be eliminated from the other hot ones in the gym bacause they all talk, oh do they talk.....everybody.
