don't know, for some reason he disappeared then came back as TripleDouble

then that handle got banned, I think his FriedShrimp handle is still in good standing but he never posts

Routine has been this for a month or two.  Quick and easy and pretty much all you gotta do.

Lot of pullups, pushups
Ab work

No major food revelations..... Except packaging.  It's easier to make lunch and snacks and pack in a cooler than to go find food after hungry.

Eat a lot of apples

Makes for a nice stool
